Our mission
Care should be easier to reach.
Our mission is to improve access to free, quality wound care for vulnerable individuals in Kensington by creating a centralized, easy-to-use website that connects people with available medical and community resources. By providing clear, up-to-date information about free wound care centers, including locations, hours, restrictions, and additional services, we aim to make essential care more accessible to those experiencing homelessness, substance use, and barriers to healthcare. While wound care is our primary focus, the platform will also highlight community organizations and outreach services, helping connect individuals with the broader support available in Kensington. Ultimately, we hope to create a resource that empowers people to find the care they need while providing a model that can be adapted to other communities facing similar challenges.
